Message to clients

You've reached a point where things in your life feel unmanageable. You feel overwhelmed with/by your emotions. Life feels sharp and exhausting all at the same time. External events seem to dictate how you feel, making it difficult to socialize or effectively communicate with others. And it feels like no one truly understands what you're going through. You know there's a strength inside you; you just can't seem to find it anymore.

I am here to help you process the parts of you that are not only a result of trauma, but that also get activated by external events. Utilizing Internal Family Systems and Psychodynamic Therapy, I facilitate "inner work," so that you can learn to trust your intuition again and respond from a more calm, curious, and balanced state of mind.

I'm a compassionate, but no BS kind of therapist, who knows firsthand that therapists don't empower their clients; they remind their clients of their own power. Let's discover that together.
