As a Licensed Clinician, I believe my primary responsibility is to meet my clients where they are. That is why my approach to therapy is collaborative. As clients, you may enter therapy in emotionally vulnerable states. I believe you will need compassionate, competent hands to support you in navigating through situations and to transformation. My ideal client understands that the therapeutic journey requires consistency, follow-through, and reflection to achieve healing and revelation. If you struggle with depression, anxiety, or trauma, or if you are a parent struggling to manage a child with ADHD, I have answers and solutions for you!
You may think seeking help means you have failed, that you are weak, or "crazy". That's just not true! Counseling is the first right step towards positively changing your life. I have successfully supported hundreds of people just like you. I will use my 25+ years of experience to compassionately help you heal what hurts in a safe, confidential space.
