Professional statement

Thiago's therapy approach is psychodynamic in nature, which departs from the presupposition that psychic phenomenon is multi varied and resides in the whole bodymindspirit. There's never just one cause for something.

Thiago combines his training in Buddhist Psychology, Existential philosophy, and psychoanalytic theory uniquely into the way he practices. Currently, Thiago is also offering remote therapy sessions.

Message to clients

I specialize in assisting individuals to navigate complex power struggles and inner conflicts. These struggles may give rise to great suffering and paradoxical feelings, leaving one feeling vulnerable and insecure. However, these struggles also present a tremendous potential for vitality and self-actualization to emerge, resulting in true growth. If you are reading this, you might already be aware of this potential intuitively. It's important for you to create a less stressful, healthier, and more satisfying plateau in life. To achieve this, you need to clarify any confusion and identify the root of your struggles. However, having a knowledgeable guide to meet you along the way can be quite useful at times.
