Growing up in a family where your emotional and even physical needs were ignored left you feeling overwhelmed and lonely in your adulthood. You may spend hours daydreaming about just fitting in somewhere, anywhere because you never felt you fit in within your own family. You may have wondered if you were adopted and that one day your "real family" would show up and whisk you away to a normal life. Now, you look back on those years feeling deep sadness and anger. You feel cheated. You were cheated. Now as an adult, you struggle with feelings of unworthiness and a general lack of belonging. You deeply desire to connect with others.

I help clients with scars from childhood neglect and abandonment reconnect with their intuition and re-parent their wounded inner child through effective techniques like EMDR. You don't have to be chained to your past. You can take the wheel and regain control over your life. It is possible to live a connected and full life free from ties to the past.
