Message to clients

I believe our experiences play a role in our beliefs, behaviors, and how we relate to our thoughts, feelings and the world around us. Sometimes, the things that cause discomfort take us away from being present and engaging in meaningful activities. I find regularly meeting with someone who you feel comfortable enough to be transparent with can help you change the way you relate to the above, not by trying to decrease discomfort but rather by connecting more to your innermost self including who you are, who you want to be, and what is most important to you. My hopes are that these discoveries will help you to embrace all aspects of the human experience and increase your engagement with values-based actions that allow you to flourish and live a purposeful, meaningful life.
