Tiffany Le, LPCC is a holistic, compassion-centered therapist who specializes in supporting teens, young adults, and women who are finding that life transitions are brining anxiety, patterns of distressing thoughts, or old wounds to the surface. If you find that you know that you are overwhelmed, anxious, and need to make a change but that awareness is not enough then Tiffany is here to support you in going deeper, find the insights you need to shift your relationship with anxiety, understand your nervous system and learn how to regulate, and connect with the present moment so that you can make more intentional choices. She brings together Brainspotting, somatic techniques, cognitive and behavioral approaches, and mindfulness to support you in growing and healing.
Tiffany begins by getting to know you, all of your identities, roles, strengths, and needs through a thorough assessment and then works with you to create goals that are meaningful for you. She then supports you in getting to the root of your challenges, healing trauma or adverse experiences that may be making current patterns difficult to change, and then creating new patterns of coping, connecting, soothing, and moving forward. Tiffany uniquely understands the experience of Asian American women and BIPOC women who come from communities where they have been pressured to find a way to pull it together, be okay, and get over there emotions so that they can return to being good sisters, daughters, partners, students, workers, or friends and meeting the needs of people around them.
Tiffany see clients virtually for online sessions and is able to see clients who live all over California.
