Message to clients

It's hard to ask for help, but there's so much more strength in asking for help than in saying nothing at all and silently suffering. The fact that you have taken this step to find yourself and your healing speaks to the fact that you value yourself. As a mental health professional, I believe in being approachable, real, and easy to talk to. What you can expect from your sessions is a safe space to be yourself, process your feelings as they truly are and find balance in your life by working on the issues you are experiencing. I believe that while you are the expert in your own life, my role is to help you identify your goals and to help empower you to meet them. I can provide different perspectives, feedback, and suggestions on how to meet those goals in a positive environment. I also think it's important to find the right therapist for you. Take a look around my profile and see if you think that therapist is me. Schedule a phone consultation to see if you think i would be a good fit. Feel free to ask questions, I hope to talk to you soon.
