I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in the concerns listed below. What defines my work is a focus on authenticity and pragmatism. I believe the most meaningful therapy happens when there’s a genuine connection, which means I show up as my full, authentic self — not just as a listener, but as an active, engaged partner in your process. While creating a safe, supportive space is important, that’s only part of the work. I'm also here to push you forward.
My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and work through the patterns — whether cognitive, emotional, or behavioral — that might be getting in your way. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and I will bring in evidence-based tools from CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic therapies to support you along the way.
I identify as a cis gay man and work with a clientele that’s diverse across ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexuality, and more. My background includes an MSW from Columbia, an MBA from ESADE in Spain, and postgraduate programs in CBT, Psychoanalytic Therapy, and Positive Psychology Coaching. I also have a certificate in Sexual Health from the University of Michigan and I’m in the process of getting credentialed in sex therapy. I’m committed to keeping up-to-date with developments in the industry and my education is ongoing.
