Professional statement

Therapy offers space to gain clarity, purpose, and guidance. I approach treatment as a collaborative endeavor and an opportunity to explore the stories and influences that shape your experience of the present. It is my hope that through working together we can gain insight into avenues for healing, strengthening relationships, and become accustomed to exercising patience toward ourselves and our growth.

I am a clinically trained mental health counselor at CoreStory, a group practice focused on narrative and psychodynamic models. My experience includes work with individuals with varied intersectional identities in private practice and university counseling settings. I also have experience and enjoy working with individuals in various creative and artistic professions.

Message to clients

Regardless of your reason for seeking therapy, I am committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and professional environment. Should you decide to reach out, you will initially be connected with CoreStory's kind administrative team who will assist you in getting started.
