My practice encompasses a broad range of therapeutic approaches designed to enhance your mental well-being. Through Psychotherapy Counseling, I offer personalized strategies to help you navigate emotional and psychological difficulties.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) equips you with tools to challenge and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I provide comprehensive Mental Health Counseling to address various mental health issues, from anxiety to depression.
