I work well with people who are interested in learning skills, and making behavioral changes that facilitate increased awareness, purpose, and meaning in everyday life. My treatment of anxiety and OCD will include skills for learning to face your fears and shift focus and effort from struggling with anxiety to building a rich and full life.
