Message to clients

Many people I work with in have found themselves struggling and stuck in familiar patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. I offer a warm, collaborative approach to support you as you explore the source of the stuckness, and learn new ways to move forward in your life. I'm invested in the process of identifying the kind of life that would feel meaningful to you and provide a sense of vitality and purpose you have been longing for. I work well with people who are interested in learning skills, and making behavioral changes that facilitate increased awareness, purpose, and meaning in everyday life.
