Message to clients

It's difficult to find peace in a noisy world where you've been conditioned with messages about who you should be, what you should do and what you should own. It’s easy to compare yourself with others and question if you are doing enough and whether your life should be different.

I work with individuals who are seeking a more honest, deeper and meaningful understanding of themselves, their relationships and the world they live in. I will help you expand your awareness to create clarity about who you truly are so you can make empowered choices based on your values, instead of those driven by fear. Our work together focuses on your strengths and uses all symptoms as clues to help you create alignment within your personal and professional life. My clients come out of therapy feeling more at peace with who they are, having clarity in what they want and the renewed freedom to live an authentic life that isn't governed by what others think.

My therapy approach is holistic and is informed by clinical psychology, Western and Eastern philosophy, and cultural awareness and humility.

If you feel I could be a match for the type of support you are seeking, please contact me for a free 20-minute consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
