Tracy Chang is a licensed psychotherapist based in Los Angeles who specializes in working with individual adults navigating personal and professional existential challenges. Many of her clients identify as high achievers who appear successful on the outside, but often don't feel successful on the inside. They struggle with anxiety, having difficulty finding peace within themselves and their relationships. At times, they guilt and shame that they aren't living up to expectations, whether those expectations are their own, their family's, or their culture's. In addition, Tracy supports individuals who are grieving the death of a loved one, as well as those going through life changes and transitions move forward with intentionality and meaning.
Tracy’s therapy approach combines the goal-oriented approach of Solution-Focused Therapy with the meaning-based exploration of Existential Therapy with a focus on the present and the future. As a strengths-based therapist, Tracy blends clinical knowledge with practical wisdom to help clients expand their awareness, boldly reimagine the status quo, and live in alignment with their true self.
Tracy earned her BA in Psychology from Mount St. Mary's University and MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Tracy has been in practice for over 12 years working in both inpatient and outpatient settings to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages. In addition, she is a Clinical Supervisor who provides supervision to Associate therapists in California and private consultation to professionals and companies worldwide.
