Dr. Tracy Tilton is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She believes that healing begins with authentic connection and is honored to be part of LAMCO Wellness, where compassionate care and meaningful relationships are at the core of the practice.
She earned her Master’s degree from Pepperdine University and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Her training includes an internship at the Federal Correctional Complex – Butner and a post-doctoral fellowship at Boston University with a focus on multicultural psychology. With a long-standing career in forensic and correctional psychology, Dr. Tilton has served in leadership roles such as Unit Director and Lead Psychologist, gaining deep insight into the importance of meeting clients with empathy, patience, and respect. She also holds CCHP-MH certification.
Dr. Tilton primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. Her approach is strength-based and highly collaborative—working alongside clients as a trusted partner to foster insight, growth, and resilience.
She is deeply committed to creating a safe, empowering space where clients feel understood and supported. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, and rescuing dogs—activities that bring her balance and joy.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
