Message to clients

I respect the risk that is involved with rendering oneself vulnerable in the presence of another, and I offer a nonjudgmental, collaborative opportunity to explore concerns deemed relevant by you. I am invested in understanding your concerns in the context of your life experience and discovering opportunities to heighten your awareness regarding the influences of your past and how you can apply this understanding to better cope with current challenges.

I work with young and older adults who are trying to balance school, career, relationships or are trying to take a different approach towards caring for their mental health. I have specific experience working with anxiety and mood disorders.

I welcome the opportunity to discover whether we might be a good fit as you work towards your goals. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have that might help facilitate this.
