Message to clients

When I meet with you, you can be confident in knowing that I see you, I hear you and I empathize with you. Sometimes we hit a bump, get sidetracked, or get stuck. Whether you feel stuck or lost in your life's journey, I can help.

Life has a way of throwing curveballs at each turn. Navigating, and making sense of these moments can sometimes be daunting. My goal as your therapist is to explore with you the alternatives you have, it is to empower you to solve those life issues in a safe way. I walk side-by-side with you to where you desire to go.

Whatever the concern, you do not have to tackle it alone. Reach out.

I know taking the first step can be daunting. This is why I offer a free 15-minute consultation to get to know each other, get an idea of what your goals are, and also let you know how our sessions will look. This helps you know if I'll be the right therapist for your solutions.
