I help clients build self-confidence to feel empowered to manage anxiety & depression, and navigate relationships & life transitions. My holistic approach to well-being & healing emphasizes compassion, non-judgment, and mindfulness, promoting a stronger mind/body connection.

As a professional actor with a passion for cooking and stand-up comedy, I bring a unique perspective to therapy. Additionally, I offer expertise in reiki therapy, welcoming those who are spiritually inclined.

Therapy sessions are primarily rooted in a traditional talk therapy structure, and I use techniques such as Art Therapy, Somatic-based Mindfulness, CBT, DBT and Psychodynamics to support your individual needs. During our first few sessions, we will take the time to get to know each other, so we can better understand what methods will best support you.
