Professional statement

Hi! I'm Victoria Mancini, a Psychotherapist & Creative Arts Therapist offering telehealth services across New York State. At the heart of my practice is a collaborative relationship. Therapy should be comfortable, and I invite you to "come as you are" and leave feeling supported & heard.

My goal is to help you understand your feelings and their impact on your body, empowering you to express your truth, advocate for yourself, and embrace the joy of being your authentic self.

Specializing in working with adults and creative individuals, I address concerns like anxiety, depression, relationships issues, self-esteem and life transitions. My holistic approach to well-being & healing emphasizes compassion, non-judgment, and mindfulness, promoting a stronger mind/body connection.

As a professional actor with a passion for cooking and stand-up comedy, I bring a unique perspective to therapy. Additionally, I offer expertise in reiki therapy, welcoming those who are spiritually inclined.

My genuine love lies in empowering others to grow, overcome obstacles, and create the life they desire. Whether you're facing challenges or simply seeking someone to chat with, reach out via email to schedule a call.
