Vincent is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing services in psychotherapy, counseling, and parenting. Vincent specializes in working with children and adults on anxiety, stress, relationship hardships, parenting and behavior modification. He also supports clients seeking to work on mood disorders, social issues, trauma, grief, and life changes. Vincent has a lot of experience working with children ages 10 and older and working with parents on developing plans to adjust and improve relationships and behavior at home and at school.
As a male therapist Vincent has a goal to get more adult men to feel comfortable going to therapy (though everyone is welcome). He strives to create a welcoming and friendly environment for sessions. Expect a casual and calm session where you can get comfortable and feel free to talk.
Some methods Vincent uses: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and others.
