Psychologist, PhDDr. Violeta Bianucci is a Psychologist located in Long Island City, New York. Dr. Bianucci helps clients cope with feelings that overwhelm them, including anxiety, sadness, panic, grief, frustration, disappointment, and confusion. Many of Dr. Bianucci’s clients’ lives changed during the pandemic, whether that’s a change in employment, family situation, relationship status. She specializes in supporting clients through these transitions and helps them arrive at a place of understanding, insight, and peace.
Dr. Bianucci utilizes a psychodynamic, relational approach to therapy with her clients. She establishes a strong, trusting relationship with clients from their very first session. Through this strong therapeutic alliance, clients can explore the ways that they interact and connect with others and gain insight into the root causes of any discomforts. Dr. Bianucci also encourages clients to grow their coping skills so that they can manage their emotions in the face of stressful events, conflict, or major change.
Dr. Bianucci is an empathetic listener to strives to make all clients feel heard, understood, and valued. Her goal is to help clients decrease instances of excessive worrying, frustration, and confusion about which direction to take their lives.
