Message to clients

I thrive working with clients that are in life transitions such as the perinatal period, stressors involving roles and responsibilities as a new parent, changes in your growing family, starting or ending relationships, stress involving upcoming special events in your life such as planning for pregnancy and support during fertility challenges.

I have a non-threatening conversational approach which many clients have said, makes it easy to share their experiences. I have an integrative way of looking at therapy as I don't believe that there is one method that is better than the other. I will work with you to come up with with an individualized plan that works for your specific concern.

There is nothing better than to see a client realize their happiness and peace. What you can expect from me is respect, integrity and a genuinely caring experience. If you are ready for a change in your life, my hope is that we will work together to tackle your innermost concerns and come up with a plan to help you break down what has kept you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. There is always hope and sometimes we need a perfect stranger to help ground you, reflect and reclaim the light that has always been inside of you.

It would be a privilege to work with you and I thank you for considering me as your therapist.
