Message to clients

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if it’s your first time. If a loved one were to ask me what therapy is like, I would explain that it’s a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. It’s a place where you can simply be yourself, be honest, and know you’re not alone in navigating the difficult parts of life.

If you’re considering therapy, there’s no need to come in with all the answers or even know exactly what to say. The most important thing is just to show up. From there, we will work together at your pace, exploring whatever feels most important to you. You set the tone and the goals, and my role is to support, guide, and sometimes gently challenge you when needed, always from a place of care and respect.

What I hope clients take away from our work together is a deeper connection to themselves, a greater self-awareness, more self-compassion, and new tools to handle life’s challenges. I truly believe that change occurs when we feel seen, heard, and understood. That’s the environment I aim to create for you in our sessions: a space where you can heal, grow, and rediscover your strengths.
