Message to clients

Existing in a world in which you can't be yourself is painful. My job as a therapist is to show you who you are through a collaborative review of your thoughts and actions, which allows us to assess whether how you see yourself matches how you show yourself. By better understanding yourself, you have the freedom to exercise choice and decide whether you'd like to continue being this way.

Client testimonials

"I've only been working with Dr. Gu for three sessions so far, but I have found him incredibly helpful so far. We first met while I was going through a challenging time professionally, and he was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Speaking with him gave me a lot of confidence to take control of my situation. I recommend him very highly, especially for anyone dealing with burnout or high stress in their career."

"Dr. Gu made this as easy and casual as I could ask for. I’ve been dealing with anxious feelings and was feeling anxious leading up to the call. However, Dr. Gu helped me feel calm, and not only got a general idea of me, but let me know about his practice and answered all the questions I had."
- Zencare client December 2019
"Wen Gu was a wonderful resource when I was at a very low point in my life. I was feeling like my life was spinning out of control, and Wen was able to help me take a step back and look more logically at my situation. Wen is extremely knowledgeable but also frames his work in an accessible way that made me feel like I could actually feel like me again."
