Client testimonials

"Dr. O’Connor has been an incredible source of support throughout the last 7 years, and I truly look forward to every session we have together. She’s an absolute natural at creating a warm, compassionate, honest, and safe space to work through difficult struggles and bring light to unhealthy ways of thinking. With a perfect blend of wisdom, humor, true listening, and practical ways to improve your life and mindset. I have never left a session without feeling happier, lighter, and more grounded than I was when I went in. Words can’t express how much brilliance is packed into every session with Dr. O’Connor, and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to get support or make changes in their life."

"My daughter has been working with Dr. O’Connor for over a year. She was suffering with severe anxiety as well as depression. During our very first session she was able to connect with her and within just a few sessions my daughter was already feeling more positive. She worked strategically with her, giving her assignments to work on in-between each visit. She has learned many coping strategies and is back to her usual sunny self! The most important thing to me is that my daughter feels very comfortable talking to Dr. O’Connor, and I am glad that we will have her as part of our support team for any unforeseen obstacles ahead."
