After living in New Orleans for five years working with families in the juvenile criminal justice system, Xenia was offered a job in Nashville, Tennessee. While in Tennessee, Xenia became fully licensed and trained in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Perinatal Grief. Once licensed, she opened her Private Practice, Xen Family Therapy, where she sees all clients virtually, in the comfort of their own home.
Xenia enjoys working in her Pivate Practice with Women going through life transitions. Many women go through moves, relationship issues, breakups, pregnancy, and transitioning to motherhood alone. Maybe this isn't necessarily because you don't have the support, but maybe there are other things that is holding you back from talking with someone in your own life. Therapy is here to provide a non-judgmental, open space, where you can feel safe to talk through those difficult feelings that may be hard to say out loud.
