Yehuda Abadi, the founder of our clinic, is dedicated to providing specialized and compassionate therapy services tailored to adolescents dealing with OCD/Pure-O and anxiety disorders. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by this demographic, Yehuda is committed to fostering an environment that encourages growth, resilience, and sustainable positive change.
Yehuda employs an integrative therapeutic approach that combines Team Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rumination-Focused Exposure and Response Prevention (RF-ERP), and elements of psychodynamic therapy. This method ensures a personalized and nuanced approach to address the specific needs and concerns of each individual, empowering clients with the tools and insights necessary for navigating their mental health journey.
Our clinic, led by Yehuda Abadi, offers the option of both in-person sessions at our Waterbury location and remote sessions. Please note that Yehuda Abadi may not have availability to see clients at this time. In such cases, you will be contacted by Upward Counseling to talk about alternative scheduling options with a different provider.
Yehuda Abadi brings a wealth of professional background and expertise to his practice, specializing in working with adolescents. Committed to providing a client-centered, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic experience, Yehuda operates from a trauma-informed perspective.
