I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy. I have 8+ years working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and experiences relating to LGBTQA+ and BIPOC communities. My practice is centered on helping people feel more connected to their inner emotional experiences, as well as their external environments with a sense of belonging, trust, and agency. Not everything can be expressed with words. Imagery, movement, and sound are tools I use, alongside talk-therapy to explore past the limitations of the mind and into the intuitive wisdom of the body and imagination.
