I am a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree from NYU, specializing in trauma-informed care and intersectional approaches to therapy. My training and experience are grounded in understanding the impact of trauma, particularly for women who have experienced sexual assault or childhood abuse. I am passionate about helping clients reclaim their narratives and build resilience in the face of past challenges.
My practice is informed by a strong commitment to understanding intersectionality, ensuring that therapy is tailored to each individual's unique experiences and identities. I integrate this perspective into my work to address the complex ways in which various aspects of identity intersect with trauma and recovery.
In addition to my clinical expertise, I am dedicated to being an ally to the LGBT+ community, ensuring that my practice is inclusive and supportive of diverse identities and experiences. I offer a compassionate, empathetic approach, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, gain insights, and develop effective coping strategies.
My goal is to empower clients to navigate their challenges with confidence, achieve personal growth, and enhance their overall well-being. Whether you are seeking to process past trauma, understand yourself better, or build resilience, my approach is designed to support you in your journey toward healing and self-discovery. By combining evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of your unique context, I aim to provide the guidance and support you need to move forward and thrive.
