In May 2024, Zoe graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Social Work, specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice. She is now licensed to practice as a social worker in both New York (LMSW #124509) and Texas (LMSW #114024). Her background in behavioral health technology sales, podcasting, and her own personal experiences with mental health have given her a unique foundation of empathy and understanding that she brings to my work as a therapist. Zoe is a behavioral-oriented therapist, using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also pulls from traditional psychoanalysis and Emotions-Focused Therapy, and she is trained in The Gottman Method for healthy relationships. Her main goal during therapy is to ensure that her clients feel heard, validated, and supported so that they can have the space to make positive changes in their lives.
