Your perspective is valuable to me, and I want you to have a chance to express it in a space of safety, warmth, and collaboration. You deserve to be heard and to get help uncovering your wishes, what gets in the way, and how you can lead a more fulfilling life. We will talk about tools, but we will also talk about how your unique assets and values can be built upon, and how your patterns can change meaningfully. Moving through painful transitions, acceptance and change can both be hard. I believe in hope, and I want to be with you as you feel more empowered, and know more ease and satisfaction. I am a very down-to-earth, engaged, and compassionate therapist. I will deeply respect that you have come to me, that you have great undiscovered wisdom and skills, and that we are embarking on this journey together.

Everyone has issues that can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it's helpful to have a place where you can freely unburden yourself and sort things out. My intention is to create not just a therapeutic safe space, but also a brave space to delve into deeper concerns, find clarity, and develop a sense of mastery and peace.

From my experience, I have found nothing is a better catalyst for change than a solid, trusting relationship. I am creative in my approach and think outside of the box. I am not terribly conventional and will push the envelope when I see fit.
My therapeutic approach incorporates many different tools I have learned over the years. I have developed a solid anger management curriculum and hope to help you learn to express your anger in new ways. I can work with individual, couples, family and groups. I am comfortable with any issues you present!
I have training in MET/CBT5 (Motivational Enhancement Therapy/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in 5 sessions) and utilize this approach for work mostly with anger issues but also with other behaviors people would like to change.
