Life can offer unexpected challenges. During trying periods, it is natural to need additional support and guidance. However, the decision to reach out for help can often be intimidating. I welcome feedback from clients and utilize that feedback to tailor the treatment approach. I recognize that therapy is not one size fits all. In my practice, the treatment plan is individualized to the client and often evolves throughout the treatment process.

Typically clients are initially seen weekly. As the client begins to progress and meet treatment goals, the sessions are usually spaced out every other week or once a month. Of course, I am flexible in my timeline and realize that every client works at a different pace. My ultimate goal is to provide the client with the skills that they need to move forward with their lives. The treatment modalities utilized (CBT, ACT, etc.) are meant to be short-term treatments with long-term results.
