Alisha is a licensed clinical social worker and has over 10 years of experience working in a number of different settings with individuals of all ages. Currently she offers services to adults 18+, with a heavy focus on maternal mental health and individuals managing life transitions and changes. Alisha often sees clients who are looking for an extra level of support to reconnect with themselves, learn healthy coping strategies, and process the anxiety/stress/depressive symptoms that have begun to impact their day to day functioning. The reason for these symptoms can range from infertility, postpartum DX, a break-up, singleness, a move or job change, relationship stress or simply preventative work for handling future challenges.
