Description
If you have had a difficult school year and worried about how to start the next school year off right, this group is made for you. We will focus on developing practical skills to cope with anxiety while also getting organized in our thoughts and acts. Through the guidance of a trained professional and the support of peers in a similar situation, we will grow and overcome obstacles which held us back the year before. We will used evidenced based practices (like CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing) and learn to use them in the "real world". This group will begin June 16th and run through the end of July. If you think this may be helpful for you, feel free to connect through Zencare or give us a call and learn more (401) 400_0290. We look forward to hearing from you!
