Adult Survivors of Narcissistic Parents (ASNP)

Description

Whether you had the overtly controlling parent or the more covert, manipulative one—the scars left behind are real. They show up in your relationships, your self-worth, your inner dialogue… even if you’ve long since left their home.

Adult Survivors of Narcissistic Parents is a supportive, validating space where you get to name what happened, share openly (without the gaslighting), and begin the slow, powerful process of reparenting yourself with love.

You’re not broken.

You were shaped by survival.

And now, you get to reshape things—with care.

What to Expect:

Real Talk, Deep Validation

Share your story, your confusion, your guilt, your grief… with people who’ve been there too. No sugarcoating. No minimizing. Just truth, compassion, and deep resonance.

Education + Awareness

We’ll explore how narcissistic parenting affects attachment, boundaries, emotional regulation, and your sense of self—even decades later.

Reparenting Tools

Learn how to develop the inner nurturing voice you never had growing up. We'll explore practical ways to build self-compassion, internal safety, and healthy boundaries.

Ongoing Healing Practices

Together, we’ll work through patterns like people-pleasing, hyper-independence, shame spirals, and emotional flashbacks—with gentle tools to shift and heal.

✔ People ready to rebuild their inner world with compassion and strength

Group Therapist

Marcia Williams is a licensed therapist and narcissistic abuse recovery coach. With over 21 years of experience as a licensed therapist (and a survivor of a 30-year marriage to a narcissist), I specialize in helping individuals heal from the emotional exhaustion, confusion, and isolation that comes with narcissistic abuse.

Whether you're still in the relationship, trying to co-parent with a toxic ex, or navigating life after leaving, I create a space where survivors can reconnect with their truth, rebuild self-worth, and feel safe in their own bodies again.

My practice blends clinical expertise with lived experience. Clients often say they feel deeply seen and empowered in our sessions — because I’ve been where you are, and I’ve walked the healing journey too.

As the founder and CEO of Passage to Peace, LLC, Marcia offers therapeutic services through her private practice, providing individual, couples, and group therapy. Her approach combines warmth and humor, offering clients validation and motivation for change while teaching self-exploration and coping skills to navigate toxic relationships and heal from trauma.

Marcia is also the creator of the Passage to Peace Narcissistic Abuse Transformation Program, designed to help survivors of narcissistic abuse find and protect their peace. She draws from personal experience, having been married to a narcissist for 30 years before her divorce, and is the author of "Groomed: Life Married to a Narcissist and How I Overcame Narcissistic Abuse."

Please Note: I am currently accepting a limited number of new clients and prioritizing those who are interested in transitioning to self-pay for more flexibility, deeper work, and personalized care. Superbills available upon request.

Let’s work together to reclaim your identity, rebuild your peace, and write a new story — one rooted in truth, freedom, and radical self-love.
