Adult Women Healing from Trauma

Description

This will be a somewhat informal group to learn about the effects of trauma, share tips and insights and most importantly, connect with other women in their journeys to overall wellness. Also, in this crazy world, it’s nice to just connect to other people who “get it.” Comfy clothes and snacks will be greatly encouraged!
