This group is for womxn who want to learn more about how to be and feel more comfortable, stable, and secure in intimate relationships. Using the science of attachment theory, this group will help you understand your style and pattern in intimate relationships.
This group will give you a roadmap on how to navigate difficult emotions and show you how to build strong and fulfilling relationships with intimate partners. Through engaging in group discussion and connecting with others, you can begin learning where your attachment style may have originated from and learn to change unhelpful stories and patterns in love and relationships.
You can also expect to gain practical tools, communication skills, and conflict resolution techniques based on your style.

Talking for Wellness is a full-service therapy group practice in Midtown Manhattan. They offer individual, couples, group, and online therapy. They work with clients from all walks of life, including college students and adults across the lifespan.
Their practice is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-10:00pm and Saturday/Sunday from 9:00am-5:00pm, giving clients a wide range of appointment times to fit their busy schedules. They also offer remote therapy to those who aren't able to make it into the office.
