Description
Participants will engage in movement-based practices to cultivate body positivity and self-acceptance. Using dance and other forms of expressive movement, we encourage a deeper connection to the body, challenging negative self-perceptions. Through guided exercises, participants will learn to embrace their bodies, celebrate their uniqueness, and promote holistic well-being.

Welcome to Dyad Psychology. We are so happy you are here. We believe that human beings are wired for healing, and that the potential to heal resides within us, no matter what we’ve experienced. We believe that healing occurs only in relationship with others, and we try to help our clients - and ourselves - become stronger at the broken places. We believe that this process of healing is a mind/body experience. By working with trauma, loss, and pain, we discover places that have always been strong, places that were never broken.
