Child Art Therapy Group

Description

Join us as we create, learn, and share our experiences on different groups of emotions each week. Group members will have the opportunity to travel through multiple therapist facilitated stations in the studio as we work on recognizing and labeling feelings through art. We will also learn about how our bodies experience different types of emotions, and how we can better cope and support each other in those moments. This group will be a great way to learn, express, and connect with peers around emotions in a safe, supportive, and creative setting!
