Chronic Pain Group for Adults

This is an open group for people who experience chronic pain to find comfort and support through others going through a similar experience. Chronic pain takes a tremendous psychological toll, and mental health support is greatly needed to maintain quality of life. While the main focus of the group is an open, process oriented format, it will also utilize tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to equip you with knowledge and skills to have a full life, even with pain.
