Do you find yourself isolating yourself because you feel like you are...Not Enough?; Too Much?; Left Behind?; Unloveable? This group is for you! Beginning Jan 9th, the group will explore how to get out of your way utilizing experiential and expressive arts therapies, including Internal Family Systems, Psychodrama, and Yoga. The group facilitator Imari Hardon, MS, MHC-LP, blends her entertainment background with her counseling training to create a dynamic and experiential counseling style. As a Queer, Black woman and a proud misfit, Imari understands firsthand what it is like to be misunderstood and the importance of being heard and seen authentically.
A typical group will consist of an icebreaker, using psychodrama to act out past experiences that may affect your today with another group member and having time to debrief with the group at the end.
