Sarah’s specific clinical strengths reside in identity exploration and self-esteem work; relationship dissatisfaction or conflict with others; depression, frustration, or unhappiness with current life circumstances; and grief and loss. She has training experience and is committed to the mental health of undergraduate students, graduate students, early career professionals, and medical professionals and has a strong interest in engaging in relationship counseling with partnerships of all constellations.

She supports clients in connecting with their emotions; challenging their thought patterns, behaviors, ways of relating, and areas of their life they wish to adapt; and better understanding patterns that do not serve them anymore with the goal of being more connected, fulfilled, and emotionally satisfied.
