DBT Skills Classes are educational classes, talking about how to navigate emotions and situations where emotions might take control. We will cover all of the modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
You do not need to be in individual therapy with me, or anyone, if you would like to participate in group, and this makes an EXCELLENT supplement to individual therapy!
I have been teaching DBT Skills for approximately 15 years and am excited to be bringing another skills group to you.

As a therapist who specialties include trauma, CPTSD, DID, anxiety, DBT and sex therapy I have an extremely broad knowledge base to draw from. I am person-centered and work from a mindfulness, strengths based approach to help you achieve your goals.
