Description
DBT Skills Group is an open group. Clients who benefit from DBT skills are those with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder and/or complex trauma. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is one of the most effective treatments for clients who may have difficulty regulating distressing emotions and find that trauma from their past causes significant disruptions to their lives in the present.
This is a SKILLS ONLY group. This is NOT a processing group. It is strongly advised that participants have an individual primary therapist who will support them with applying the skills that they learn in group. This group is VIRTUAL ONLY.
