Join us for a DBT Skills Group with a focus on integrating DBT skills into daily life. This group is perfect for anyone who needs a little extra support, whether you're new to DBT or a DBT veteran!

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a cognitive treatment developed by Marsha Linehan, PhD, that emphasizes individual psychotherapy and group skills training sessions to help people learn and use new coping and develop a life that they experience as worth living. DBT is recognized as the gold standard in treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder and is also recognized as being very helpful in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Elle Michel, MA, LMFT, is a psychotherapist in West Los Angeles specializing in the treatment of trauma, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. She utilizes DBT, EMDR, TRM, and Brainspotting in her approach to therapy, as well as CBT and psychodynamic approaches. She has worked in a variety of settings with a wide range of clientele and has helped many individuals heal from debilitating symptoms.

Elle’s office is located in West Los Angeles, at the intersection of Westwood Blvd and National Blvd. Elle offers phone coaching free of charge to all her patients, so that you can get support from Elle in between therapy sessions.
