Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group (Providence & North Kingstown)
You may feel disconnected from your feelings, or you may feel overwhelmed by intense emotions. In our DBT group, you will learn many skills in the four categories of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These skills help you to identify and manage your emotions, participate fully in the present moment, tolerate difficult situations, and improve interactions with your friends, family, and colleagues.
Tuesdays 4:30-6:00pm or Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm at East Providence
