My intention is to create and sustain a safe femme community space that feels accessible and consistent. No one will be turned away. If you can invest more, please do!
This circle is a welcoming space for all women and femme identifying folks to come together in solidarity and freely share about experiences related to dating, sex, sexuality, gender, sensuality, pleasure and desire.
Each group will be facilitated with guiding questions and exercises through a trauma-informed and Somatic Experiencing® framework to support people to feel more at ease, connected and grounded.
My clientele ranges from women of all ages, to adolescents, families and couples. My approach is strength-based, trauma-informed and rooted in mindfulness. I meet you where you are, support you to identify your goals and create a plan to guide you to become the best version of yourself. During my time at Columbia University I focused my studies on how race impacts identity formulation, trauma-informed practices to best support clients and mindfulness. My post-graduate training was at the Ackerman Institute where I formalized my passion for couples and family therapy. Wherever you are is where you are meant to be. I help you understand yourself in new ways and gain insight as to where you are going.
