In the six-week circle you will:
Optimize partnered communication around pleasure, desire and sexuality
Explore your sex languages to appreciate you and your lovers needs
Practice Tantra and Pranayama techniques to relinquish stress and expectations in the bedroom. (Ancient breath work teachings originating in India, integrated with modern Somatic Experience exercises to optimize access to ease and enhance pleasure/access to orgasm)

Recognize sexual trauma triggers and activation during partnered sex as an opportunity for cultivating a deeper safe sensual connection
Identify tools to get back into the moment after a disruption in the bedroom
Learn how to safely play with power and kink in your relationship
Establish agreements and boundaries prior to sex and post play after-care rituals
My clientele ranges from women of all ages, to adolescents, families and couples. My approach is strength-based, trauma-informed and rooted in mindfulness. I meet you where you are, support you to identify your goals and create a plan to guide you to become the best version of yourself. During my time at Columbia University I focused my studies on how race impacts identity formulation, trauma-informed practices to best support clients and mindfulness. My post-graduate training was at the Ackerman Institute where I formalized my passion for couples and family therapy. Wherever you are is where you are meant to be. I help you understand yourself in new ways and gain insight as to where you are going.
