Sometimes, anger can become a serious problem for those who are responding in threatening, violent, or aggressive ways toward themselves or others. This group can help you better understand the emotions hiding underneath anger and respond to this difficult emotion more mindfully. This group aims to help you have a healthier relationship with anger. In doing so, you can gain more self-confidence and self-control while also relieving substance use symptoms and improving relationships, communication skills, conflict management, and more.
