Neeka Stanley is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker working in Providence, RI. If you are seeking more peace and joy in your life, but are blocked by things that have happened in the past or are even still happening, then she would love to help you. Together, we can heal emotional and relational wounds and help your nervous system regulate. When trauma gets stuck in our bodies, it can show up as depression, anxiety, anger, PTSD, conflicts in our relationships, or difficulty reaching our full potential. Neeka can help you address the root causes of those symptoms so that you can create the life you really want.

Neeka weaves together EMDR, parts work, and polyvagal theory to meet you where you are and help you create the life you want. Everyone has different needs, so she offers a range of services. Treatment may include ongoing weekly 60 minute sessions, Extended Sessions (90-120 min), Intensives (4 hours a day for multiple days) or group retreats. She offers both in person and telehealth services. Her style is very down to earth, and her clients typically feel comfortable and welcome with her.

Neeka earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from SUNY Buffalo. She was trained in EMDR at The Trauma Institute in 2017 and was EMDRIA certified in 2022.
