Extend your deep breath into a guided meditation....Begin your session with a mindful meditation among the horses. Express your inner warrior with a yoga stretch and mountain pose reflecting on the landscape. Hang with the herd exploring the positive qualities of the community of the herd. Re-circle and reflect on the experience. Rejoin the herd and describe the connection with the horse you feel drawn to. Re-circle and imprint into your awareness...Take home the awakening you received from the herd in their environment.
We offer outdoor Equine programming for Children, Adolescents, adults, and groups.
All programming designed and implemented by a Master's Level Clinician. All staff Certified Equine Specialists. We offer therapeutic programs as well as Experientials.
Make your appointment and come spend an hour or two or an afternoon with the herd.
This is a non mounted program ( no riding) that facilitates human interaction with the horse in their natural surroundings. This can include: walk with the herd, breathe with the herd, feel the energies with the herd. If you need a more grounded approach we offer grooming, education, mandala building, creative writing and expressive art.

Lisa Dorner-Zupancic is a licensed Professional Counselor in CO and WY. She has certifications in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Certified Sex Addiction/porn Therapist (CSAT), Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), Registered Art Therapist (ATR), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained, Holistic Practitioner.
Back In The Saddle Ranch is the Equine Learning, Activities, Training, and Therapy division. Surrounded by the beauty of the Eastern Planes of Colorado. This outside adventure offers self discovery and Wellness through a horse. Mindfulness with the horse(s), emotional regulation, assertiveness, self esteem, leadership, impulse control plus are all by products if this personal or group adventure. Your adventure will be guided by a Certified professional on the ground up close and personal. We also can offer riding lessons from a professional qualified with Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA ).
Creative Solutions Group Trauma Services LLC is a behavioral health facility offering Therapy and Coaching services in office or online. Lisa has worked in the field since before 2008 and specialized early on in the area of Trauma. This was a natural transition to treating Betrayal Trauma and Sex and Porn Addiction. She uses the CSAT model and has access to testing and additional resources/supports.
