Face Your Fears


This weekly group is designed to make the scary process of facing your fears more manageable. If you live with anxiety, you know that trying to avoid situations that make you anxious might work in the short term, but it often backfires in the long-term - making you feel helpless, stuck, and even more anxious than before. Exposure therapy is a step-by-step approach for getting more comfortable with the things that make you most anxious.

Mondays 5:30pm-7:00pm (for 8 weeks)
